You should read this carefully and let us know if you think there are any errors. We will not be responsible for any errors unless notified to us within 10 days of sending the confirmation. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the departure date. A 500 £/euro breakages deposit is required when you arrive at the chalet. This can be paid in euros or sterling, by cheque cash or credit card. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the completion of your stay, subject to no significant breakages or damage occurring. Please inform Snowchalet immediately of any serious damage or breakages. Failure to do so could mean the non-refund of your breakages deposit. Cleaning costs will also be deducted from this deposit if the chalet is not left in the condition it was found.
