Catered stay prices
We offer standard catered stay prices at Chalet
Fan La Bise are listed below for 3, 4 and 7 nights, but we
can be very flexible and if you want to stay 2, 5, 6, 10, 14 days or
more just let us know you requirements and we will workout a special
rate for you. Our prices in POUNDS STERLING below are based on
a per person, per family (2 adults, 2 children) or 'exclusive use' whole
chalet group booking rate. We also offer special family and group rates.

Our Catered prices include:
Food & drink
Breakfast: a hot dish of the day - such as pancakes, boiled
eggs, bacon and eggs, porridge or french toast etc. - a choice of cereals,
bread, tea, coffee and juices are served every day from 7.30-9.00.
Afternoon tea: tea, coffee, squash for the kids, and delicious
homemade cakes are available from 4.00pm every day.
Evening meal: A delicious home-cooked three course evening meal
including wine, (except Wednesdays)*. Children (14 years and under)
usually eat at 6.00/6.30pm or earlier in a separate sitting (unless
requested on an 'exclusive use' booking). Children’s meals are
usually a two course version of the adult menu. Vegetarians or those
with dietary requirements are welcome, but information must be provided
at the time of booking as to the extent of the food choices and allergies.
(* Wednesday night if the staff night off, so guests are invited to
sample one of the fabulous nearby restaurants)
Transfers
A FREE transfer service to and from the chalet and Geneva airport is
included within the price of your stay. If you book the chalet on an
'exclusive use' basis please book the same or similar flight times for
all group members. Please enquire regarding transfer times at the time
of booking before you arrange your flights. Our standard transfer times
are mid morning/early afternoon (as they fit in with the chalet working
hours), however transfer times can often be dictated by the flight times
of existing guests. If your flights are outside of our recommended times
please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate
your flight times. This is not always possible, so we may have to arrange
alternative transfers with a private taxi firm at an additional expense
to you. Transfers to other airports such as Chambery, Lyon and Grenoble
or Annecy train station can also be arranged.
In-resort transport
During your stay we will provide private minibus transport to the slopes
in the morning and for your return at the end of the day FREE of charge
during your stay. We will discuss and arrange these times, during your
stay. However, you must be aware that collection at non pre-arranged
times during the day or night, may not always be possible. If we can
help we will. During the winter the local ski bus stops at the top of
the private drive (less than 200m) and provides access to the town (every
15 mins) and alternative ski lifts which are not within walking or skiing
distance.
Advice and service
We can provide unlimited advice and share our experiences on many of
the offered activities, to help you get the best of your holiday. We
can pre-book lift passes, lessons and ski/boot/board hire so that everything
is arranged before you arrive at the chalet. Free guiding within the
resort is also offered by your hosts, for skiers/boarders of an intermediate+
level, but this is at their discretion. Ski day trips to neighbouring
resorts are available at an extra cost.
Our catered prices do not include:
Flights
Insurance (personal or equipment) This is essential!
Equipment hire
Activity costs or lessons (lift passes, cross country circuit
pass, ski or boarding lessons, paragliding, ice skating, rafting, canoeing,
canonising, horse-riding, etc.)
Evening meal on departure days guests, or evening meal if flight
arrivals are after 8pm.
Lunches for catered guests (packed lunches can be provided on
request for a small fee)
Adult prices
Prices are based upon two adults sharing a room, supplements may be charged for single occupancy.
Children's prices
A £50 charge is made for children under 2 to cover linen and transfer costs. Children are 14 and under usually eat at an earlier separate sitting (2 courses with squash) when the chalet is full (except for special events or if requested on an 'exclusive use' booking).
