Chalet Sophia

Chalet Sophia sleeps up to 14 in 6 bedrooms and nestles in the valley just 5 minutes walk from the Combe de Juments and Transval ski lifts, which provide access to the main La Clusaz ski areas and town centre. If you don't want to step into your skis to the reach the slopes or town centre, then the ski bus is on hand within a minutes walk fro the chalet and passes by every 30 minutes.

The chalet is an ideal venue for small groups or extended families and offers a real home from home atmosphere. A good self catered option for families on a budget.

Chalet Sophia offers a relaxing lounge with log fire and big squishy sofas. A perfect place to chill out after a hard day. The chalet has a supply of books, board games, TV, videos, and DVDs for the guests to use and to help keep the kids occupied.

The south-west facing balconies on the ground floor and second floor offer stunning views of the Etale mountain and Beauregard plateau and the decking area provides a perfect spot to relax and catch the afternoon sun in deck chairs or in the Jacuzzi. 

Chalet Sophia is a traditional cozy alpine chalet, which sleeps up to 14* guests in 6 mainly twin bedded rooms. The bedrooms are on three levels with a bathroom and WC on each floor.

• The lower ground floor - a twin bedroom and a bunk roomsleeps 10-14
• Ground floor - twin room
• The top floor - three twin rooms, two of which can be made into triple rooms with *fold-out beds.

Chalet Sophia has 2 bathrooms and a shower room. Although none are en-suite there is one on each floor.

The chalet kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 ring hob with conventional sized oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen gadgets and enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 14 guests. A washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and two hot water tanks are situated in the cave on the lower ground floor.
