Chalet Fan La Bise Service

We aim to provide a high standard of personal service which is often neglected in package holidays and hope to make your holiday as stress free and relaxing as possible.

If you have any food allergies or specific dietary requirements we can adjust the daily menus to cater to your needs.

If you need airport transfers, childcare, ski passes, ski hire or lessons, we are happy to organise these in advance, so that everything is arranged prior to your arrival.

Or if their are some unusal activities you would like to experience, especially for a special occasions. Bungy jumping, skidoo rides, winter paragliding, dog sledding or off-piste trekking just contact us and we will do our best to make it all happen!

As part of our service we can provide return transfers to and from Geneva airport, Chambery airport and Annecy train station. Geneva and Chambery airports are just an hour from la Clusaz and Annecy train station is only 30 minutes.

Our standard Geneva airport transfer rates for groups are £50pp.

For catered guests staying at Chalet fan La Bise, who book airport transfers with us, we also include a minibus shuttle service to and from the slopes at the begining and end of the day. If you don't want to be out on the slopes all day, you can come and go as you please from the chalets, by taking advantage of the regular ski busses wwhich pass within 200m the chalet, every 30 minutes. 

Chalet Fan La Bise is well equipped for skiers and has a large boot heater and on-site ski/board and boot rental supplied by Sport 2000. All your equipment can be pre-booked and fitted at the chalet, by a Sport 2000 representative.

The chalet has an extensive ski tech area, which is perfect for avoiding the queues in the ski hire shops or muddled conversations over kit in French. We offer a range of skis for children, beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers at very competative prices (up to 20% off the shop price). Specialised equipment, such as freestyle skis and boards, touring skis or telemark ski's can also be pre-booked. Plus if you want to try something a bit different during your stay we have snow-shoes to use FREE of charge or we can arrange cross country ski hire.

Ski equipment can be hired on a day-to-day basis, so if you are staying for a weekend or short break you don't have to pay weekly rates, or if you fancy a day or two off you only get charged for the days you use your equipment. 

La Clusaz is a fantastic resort for skiers and boarders of all levels.

Virtually any type of ski or board lesson can be booked in advance by your hosts with friendly highly recommended English speaking instructors. Lessons can be booked on an individual or small group private lesson basis on any day of the week or part of a structured Monday - Friday ski school.

ESF, SnoAcademie (ESI) and Aravis Challenge are the main ski lesson providers in La Clusaz and Snowchalet benefits from priority booking of the best and most suitable instructors for your ski/board experience. 

At Catered Chalet Fan La Bise your hosts Dave and Sam Pentin will offer you a warm welcome in this very special homely chalet.

Both are arts graduates and escapees from the nine-to-five life, they decided to relocate to the French Alps they love so much in order to lead a more active, healthy family lifestyle and they have never looked back. With personal experience in 'all things active' especially the ski industry and catering, their enthusiasm for the environemnt and location, is hard to ignore.

Throughout our lives we have taken both winter and summer holidays within Europe and particularly France. We have stayed in a lot of different types of accommodation, but always found that chalet holidays were the most fun. Staying and working with other holiday companies has inspired us to add something special to Chalet Fan La Bise and your holiday, and we hope you will agree.
